Each piece is tailored to your vision and delivered as a museum-grade, full-color print. Turnaround is typically 2–4 weeks from project approval.

Starting rates for single-subject artwork and prints include: 8×10 at $250, 11×14 at $325, 16×20 at $425, and 24×36 at $650 (additional subjects start at $75 each; framing and shipping quoted separately). Submit your idea, details, and reference photos below to begin your consultation.

This is a nonbinding inquiry, not a signed commission agreement. Matt will discuss your project with you first; agreement acceptance and signing will be handled after the discussion and before work begins.

COMMISSION AGREEMENT

Submitting this form is a request for a quote and does not guarantee acceptance. Work begins only after Matt Mouser Fine Art confirms the scope, total price, and estimated timing in writing and receives the 50% non-refundable creative retainer.

Two rounds of minor revisions are included. Major changes, a new reference image, or added subjects may require a revised quote. If the client remains unhappy after the included revisions and cancels before approving the final proof, the creative retainer is retained for work completed and the remaining balance is waived.

After the client approves the final proof and printing begins, the custom order is final. Items damaged in transit or containing a verified printing error will be replaced when reported within 7 days of delivery with photographs. The remaining balance is due before printing or delivery.

The client confirms they have permission to use all submitted reference images. Matt Mouser Fine Art retains the artwork copyright; the client receives personal-use rights. Completed artwork may be displayed in the artist's portfolio unless the client requests privacy in writing.
